He specializes in intellectual property law, the law of combating unfair competition, company law and life sciences law.
He represents Clients in proceedings before administration bodies (life sciences), as well as before common courts and arbitration courts (intellectual property, unfair competition).
For many years, he has been providing Clients with assistance in the interpretation and application of life sciences law, including refunds, as well as intellectual property law.
He has represented Clients in negotiations, including with regard to pricing in refund proceedings of the Minister of Health.
He has experience in legal services regarding capital transactions carried out by entities operating in the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries (company law, M&A).
He has conducted numerous training courses in pharmaceutical law, the law governing medical devices and intellectual property law.
For many years, he has managed a team of lawyers and has been the head of the department of court disputes and administration proceedings in one of the largest Polish law & patent firms.
He managed a team of lawyers and prepared the statement for the (eventually successful) proceeding before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland regarding the color per se trademark.

He represents clients in proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, administration courts and common courts in matters related to the protection of intellectual property and combating unfair competition.
He has many years of experience in the processes of developing, merging, dividing and transforming companies.
He offers counselling to entities operating in the chemical, pharmaceutical, medical and transportation industries in the course of their current operations. He supports clients of the Law Firm in investment processes, including due diligence.
For many years, he managed a team of lawyers in the debt enforcement and restructuring department of a law firm in Warsaw, managing bulk portfolios of receivables of bankers, housing cooperatives and condominiums.
He carries out negotiations, also using mediation techniques. He is also a professional mediator.
He has extensive experience in criminal cases related to the intellectual property and fiscal offences, including so-called white-collar crime.
He participated in multistage proceedings of securing the legal status of real property for the purposes of international capital transactions.
